Compliance Branch

Mission: The Caltrans Office of Civil Rights Compliance Branch oversees Caltrans administration of the following programs:

• Federal Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE)
• Federal On-the-Job Training (OJT)
• State Disabled Veterans and Small Business Enterprise (DVBE/SB)

Through education and collaborative efforts, the Compliance Branch will assist in uniting the Department in understanding the policies and procedures of the DBE, OJT, and DVBE/SB Programs to comply with Federal and State regulations, respectively.
